It features cotemporary SOUL/Creole Fusion cuisine, prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients, nothing less. 5918 inc, Catering & Events caters to all events from small intimate parties of 2 to large weddings.

Chef Rhonda Williams, born and raised in Chicago, has nineteen years of experience in Soul and Creole cooking. Her cuisine consists of Jerked Chicken, Blackened Catfish, Fresh Greens, Creamy Macaroni and Cheese, Buffalo Chicken/Jerked wraps, to Jumpin Jambalaya, all of which has received raves from the public.
The owners of 5918 inc Catering & Events, Rhonda and Anthony Williams, are Chicago based couple entrepreneurs. Anthony is instrumental in hitting the target sales quota and can manage a team to great customer service and it was Rhonda’s passion for cooking that lead her to start a catering company. Rhonda approaches cooking the same way her grandmother Elouise Ireland and her father Ronald Rogers taught her as a child. Rhonda’s tasks were to prepare the macaroni and cheese, clean the greens, and bread the zucchini. Rhonda holds her B.S degree in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
The Williams’ would host dinner parties at their home almost every month and invite family and friends. It was a grand tradition at her grandparents’ home! Rhonda and Anthony Williams are pleased to welcome the world to 5918inc. Catering & Events! Where the taste is… “Just like Grandma’s!”
